Larco Hospitality is pleased to announce two of our very own have been recognized at the Greater Toronto Hotel Association’s (GTHA) 2015 Spirit Awards. Our sincerest congratulations go out to Warren of the Renaissance Toronto Downtown for the Door Person of the Year award and to Aneesa of the Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre for the Guest Services Ambassador of the Year award.
Warren & Aneesa join many past winners from the Toronto Marriott Bloor Yorkville and the Renaissance Toronto Downtown’s Jennifer (Guest Services Ambassador) & Monika (Concierge) bringing Larco Hospitality’s total to five winners since the Spirit Awards began in 2012.
The Spirit Awards are a yearly event honouring the service, professionalism and innovation of remarkable ambassadors in the hotel industry of the Greater Toronto Area. The event’s focus is to recognize and show appreciation to the front line and “heart of the house” staff for their “Spirit” and service to our guests.
Aneesa is always known to welcome guests with a warm, bright smile. She is kind, patient, and makes lasting relationships with guests. Aneesa’s attitude and positive outlook make her a well-deserving candidate to receive this award.
Warren consistently demonstrates a can-do attitude. He is loyal, honest and never fails to go above and beyond for the team. A people-pleaser by nature, Warren proactively supports functions within the hotel, and naturally takes ownership of any guest problems/issues.
We are proud of Warren and Aneesa for the contributions they make to the visitor experience at their respective hotels.
