Tim Mashford, Vice President, Operations for Larco Hospitality is pleased to announce Mark McCue to the position of Vice President, Design and Construction, effective July 1, 2016.
Mark started with Larco Hospitality in 2002 and has worked several operational positions before moving into his most recent role as Director, Projects and Procurement.
Over the last several years, Mark has played an integral role in the success of overseeing the design, construction and procurement of several projects within our hotel portfolio, and has worked tirelessly to execute several significant capital improvements in all of our North American hotels. This includes the upgrade and renovation of 60% or our guest rooms within our portfolio, and the construction of the new ballroom at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport. In addition, Mark was key in the success of other infrastructure projects for the hotels and other Larco properties.
Mark is a valued member of our team and this promotion recognizes his significant contribution to our collective success. We have several major projects on the horizon and look forward to working with Mark and our design/project management team to execute these initiatives.
