Mario’s career with Larco Hospitality began in February 2005 while working as Director of Rooms at the Best Western Richmond Hotel & Convention Centre. In September 2008, Mario assumed the role of Project Manager and was involved in the renovation and re-flagging of the hotel to the Sheraton Vancouver Airport. He then moved back to operations and assumed the role as Director of Rooms from July 2009 to July 2014.
In August of 2014, Mario transferred back to corporate office into his most recent position as Assistant Director of Project Management.
Prior to joining the company, Mario gained operations experience from Fairmont Hotel Vancouver since joining them in 1999 which include Executive Housekeeper, Front Office Manager and Guest Services Manager.
Mario has worked tirelessly overseeing projects at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, Hilton and Sheraton Vancouver Airport properties and spent time in Toronto 2 years ago working through construction at the Sheraton Toronto Airport. Kumar Singh to Assistant Director, Assistant Director, Projects
Kumar started with Larco Hospitality in December 2010 while working at Renaissance Toronto Downtown Hotel as an Engineering Team Leader. In August 2011, he was then promoted to Chief Engineer and then to Regional Director, Engineering supporting Renaissance Toronto Downtown Hotel, Sheraton Toronto Airport and Toronto Marriott Bloor Yorkville Engineering teams.
Since 2012, Kumar has been actively involved in supporting capital projects including meeting space renovations at Toronto Marriott Bloor Yorkville. He was also integral in the execution of meeting rooms and guest room renovations at Renaissance Toronto Downtown Hotel and Sheraton Toronto Airport. Most recently, Kumar has been in Vancouver over the last few months actively supporting the Construction Team with guest room renovations at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. He will be returning to Toronto to focus on capital deployment and various projects in our hotels in Toronto.
