Josie started with the company in March 2014 and since joining the hotel has held many progressive positions. She started with us as an Executive Meeting Specialist and held the position until December 2014. From December 2014 to August 2015, she then transferred to the Sales Department as a Sales Generalist. In August 2015, Josie then transferred to her most recent position as VIP & Club Services Manager/Duty Manager.
Since joining the company, Josie has been an integral part of the Rooms Division team impacting brand standards, guest satisfaction and associate engagement. Josie holds a Diploma in Event Planning from George Brown College and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Professional Studies from York University.
