New Senior Rooms Operations Manager at Toronto Marriott Bloor Yorkville

Heather O’Halloran is the hotel’s new Senior Rooms Operations Manager (Housekeeping),  effective May 1, 2016.

 Heather joined Larco Hospitality and the Toronto Marriott Bloor team in October 2013 as Rooms Operations Manager in Housekeeping.    Heather continues to be an integral part of the Rooms Division team impacting brand standards, guest satisfaction and associate engagement scores.

Prior to joining the company,  Heather brought with her over 20 years of customer and hospitality experience working in various hotels including Front Office Manager at the Residence Inn Downtown from June 2012 to June 2013 and Skyline Hotels,  both the Pantages and Cosmopolitan Hotels as Duty Manager/Guest Services Supervisor from December 2011 to June 2012.   From 2010 to 2011, she worked in Operations and Guest Services for Toronto Corporate Stays.  Other work experience includes, working for MWB Business Exchange in the UK as a Meeting Reservations Supervisor and Operations Manager from 2008 to 2010.   She started her career at the Windsor Arms Hotel as a Guest Services Supervisor in 2002 before moving in 2004 to the Radisson Suite Hotel Toronto Airport where she was the Chef Concierge/Front Office Supervisor.

Heather’s commitment for the industry is demonstrated through her active involvement to training her associates in all aspects rooms operations, standards and cleanliness, and is an active service facilitator for the hotel.    We are very excited to see Heather further develop and progress with us.
